Do I need an account?

No account is required. Open the app and start learning.

Is Preplex good for exams (IELTS/TOEFL/SAT/GRE)?

Yes. Short, focused sessions help you build and retain vocabulary for test prep.

Why didn’t I see the tracking (ATT) prompt?

iOS shows it only once per install and only when eligible. You can reset permissions under Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

Why don’t I see a consent form?

Consent forms (UMP) are region-based. If no form is required for your region, you won’t see one.

Do ads block the app?

No. Banner ads are lightweight. Interstitial and rewarded placements are rate-limited and optional.

Troubleshooting

Banner not showing

  • Check internet connection and reopen the app.
  • Some regions or debug settings may limit ad demand—this is normal.

App crashed or froze

  • Relaunch the app once so the crash report uploads.
  • Make sure you’re on the latest version from the App Store.

Reset tracking/consent

  • ATT: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking
  • Ad consent (EEA): Clear Safari history or reinstall the app to reset consent.
