1. Terms of Service
Eligibility & Use
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use Preplex. You agree to use the app lawfully and not to misuse or interfere with it.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.
Content
All content and materials in the app are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
Availability & Changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Disclaimers
Preplex is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits.
App Store
Apple has no responsibility for the app or its content. You agree that Apple may enforce these terms as a third-party beneficiary where applicable.

2. Privacy Policy
What we collect
- Usage data (app interactions, screens) via Firebase Analytics.
- Crash data and diagnostics via Firebase Crashlytics.
- Advertising data (ad requests, impressions, paid events) via Google Mobile Ads (AdMob).
- Identifiers: device identifiers and, if you grant permission via App Tracking Transparency (ATT), the advertising identifier (IDFA).
- Approximate location may be inferred by ad/analytics providers (e.g., country) to comply with regional regulations and deliver appropriate content.
How we use data
- Operate and improve the app (performance, stability, content relevance).
- Show ads and measure their performance.
- Comply with legal obligations (consent, safety, fraud prevention).
Consent & Controls
- ATT: iOS may ask to allow tracking. You can change this in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
- EEA/UK Consent: We use Google’s UMP to request ad consent where required. If a form isn’t required for your region, you may not see it.
- Opt-out: You can disable personalized ads in iOS settings and within ad provider settings where available.
Sharing
We share data with our service providers strictly to operate the app: Google (AdMob, UMP), Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics). We do not sell personal data.
Retention
Diagnostic and analytics data is retained for a limited period appropriate to app operation and legal requirements, then deleted or anonymized.
Your rights
Depending on your region (e.g., GDPR/UK GDPR), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your data. Contact us to exercise these rights.
Children
Preplex is not directed to children under 13. If we learn we’ve collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it.
Data deletion requests
We do not maintain user accounts. To request deletion of analytics/crash data associated with your device, email appfeedbackbox+preplex@gmail.com with your device model, iOS version, and approximate install date. We will coordinate with our providers to process the request where applicable.
Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, shown in-app.
